Okay, I'm working hard on being more positive.
My birthday was only ruined the last half of the day.
There you go--glass half full, right?
I did get to spend time with my little Hambone.
And Jeff stayed home from work so he could go to Cafe Rio with me.
Hambone had his glasses on like mommy but then decided daddy's way was cooler.
In other news...
.... I got a new blog design.
And I paid money for this one.
Yikes!
Not very much, though.
I, with all of my 19 followers (thank you, btw), am not yet willing to fork over big bucks for a blog design.
But I wanted something just a little bit different.
What do you think?
Also, any of you big-time pro bloggers out there, I have a question.
I put a lot of dessert recipes on here and I want to know how to create a category and put it on the side bar with a list of all my desserts underneath.
How in the world do I do that?
And don't laugh--I am so not tech/computer savvy.
More than one (hundred) tantrum(s) has (have) occurred right here where I am sitting.
So if you could help me out that would be great.

Amy, are you wanting to do a label gadget where you can label your posts and have them listed off to the side? You can do 2 different types. A cloud one (that's what I have) or one that lists the label and how many posts are under it. Let me know if that's what you want. I can help you out.
And BTW... I like the new look!!
Love the new blog design, but no idea how to do any of those things you asked. I can't believe you're just barely getting a DVR. It will change your life. :)

I like the new design of your blog! I have no clue how to do the recipe thing-sorry! I just stick to the very basics on my blog and now you know why it looks the way it does:)
For the record, we had a DVR before we switched from Directv to Comcast. I just haven't gotten around to getting one (okay, it's been 18 months, but whatever). I feel like my manhood has just been questioned.
