The before:
The during:
The "during" included 3 full days of painting, 4 trips to the paint store, (one of which I ran in 5 minutes after closing on Saturday and begged them to mix up one more gallon for me because I was in the middle of a complete disaster and I absolutely could NOT wait until they opened again on Monday), SIX coats of paint on the entertainment center, FOUR coats of paint on the wall, one wrong paint color, 2 ruined shirts, 1 ruined pair of shorts, and miraculously NO CRYING and NO SWEARING!!!
A few accessories:
Again, I just wanted to get this project DONE over the weekend, so I ran to Target at 10:00 p.m. Saturday night and loaded my cart of with accessories I thought might look good.
The finished design:
I am so happy with the way it turned out.

It's absolutely beautiful. Will you come help be accessorize my bedroom? I struggle visualizing how things will look once I get home.
LOVE it! You are fabulous! I hate painting too and would be scared to tackle that! Great job!
Love it!! It looks great!! And I agree that painting is a pain .... Mike and I have painted atleast 2/3 of this house already.
Well done! It was all worth it in the end!
It is beautiful. I love the soft colors. I almost bought that rose bouquet at Target :)
I love it. What paint color did you use I want to use it. It brightened the whole room - love it.
I couldn't figure out why it looked so so different. Yep it took several times for me to figure out you painted the wall behind. I want the name of that color too - love.
I seriously still love it, and it is even cuter in person!
