Sun Valley

Jeff and I left the kiddies at home with no less than 6 babysitters and headed to Sun Valley, Idaho for the annual Utah State Bar Convention. We had a great time just relaxing, eating, swimming, riding bikes, eating, paddle boating, shopping, eating, hanging out with good friends, oh, and did I mention eating. Here are some pictures of the trip......oh wait, I forgot the da** camara again! Why? Because I am a jacka**!!!!!!!!!! Good golly gosh darnit, sonofanutcracker, what the bleep is wrong with me?????????

Dave's Birthday Party!

I have to preface this post by telling everyone that I am a total idiot who always, always forgets the camara. Jeff's brother and his wife, Mike and Mel, have been in town from California for 2 weeks and I have forgotten the camara for every single get-together/activity, including our 5 day Droubay family trip to Bear Lake. (You can see the Bear Lake pics by visiting Greg and Kim's blog or Kimber's blog). Anyway, the only reason I had my camara for this post was because I live 50 yards from Dave's house and I was able to run home and retrieve it.

Today was my brother, Dave's, birthday. We all got a text around 3 p.m. saying that he decided to host his own last-minute birthday party and we were all invited. We showed up and he had water guns and water balloons for everyone. We ate pizza for dinner and let the kids play. These pictures pretty much speak for themselves.

Jeff made sure to show his bruise from his notorious fall down the stairs. This bruise (the size of a grapefruit) is the result of Jeff caring more about his bike than he does his life (or at least his limb). :>)
